NEW PATIENTS

If you need assistance in choosing a dentist within our group, our receptionist

will be able to assist you. In any case, it is easy to transfer to another dentist

within our group who may be able to meet your need better. However, your

main dentist may refer you to other dentists within our group for specific

care. For example, you may be referred to Dr. Ghafourpour for a difficult

extraction or implant surgery, or Dr. Hui for a difficult root canal procedure.

If you have had recent XRAYS at your previous dentist, please have the

x-rays forwarded to our office prior to your first appointment. You will want to

have all your previous x-rays together, so we can observe and compare any

changes that may have occurred.


It can be difficult to understand your insurance plan. So please call Mabel, our

insurance specialist, for assistance. For example, she can call your insurance

company to find out if a specific treatment is covered by your plan, what is your

copayment for that treatment, and what is the remaining insurance benefit you

have for the current year. However, the information provided by your insurance

company to us is always an estimate only, and not a guarantee of payment by

the insurance company.


If you have an emergency, the best time to call us is before 10 a.m.
